We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead EIS Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Exigen Insurance Suite (EIS) and Java technologies, with a focus on developing and enhancing our insurance solutions. The role involves leading design and development activities, ensuring high-quality output, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align EIS software solutions with business goals.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain EIS environments, including EIS Architecture v20 and EIS PolicyCore v20
- Lead the integration of EIS with other systems using EIS Integration v20
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions using Java technologies
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of EIS systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members
- Contribute to the development and review of system architectures to ensure alignment with business goals
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8 to 12 years of hands-on development experience on EIS (Exigen Insurance Suite) V20 version preferred
- Strong technical proficiency in Java technologies
- Background in EIS Architecture v20, EIS PolicyCore v20, and EIS Integration v20
- Capability to lead and manage projects from conception to final stage
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
