Lead Full Stack JavaScript Developer Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack JavaScript Developer to join our enthusiastic technology team. In this pivotal role, you'll address various challenges, refine our codebase, and play a key role in the development of new features leveraging cutting-edge technologies including Angular, Node.js, and MS Azure.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently identify, prioritize, and resolve issues affecting both the front-end and back-end, ensuring optimal functionality and application performance
  • Actively enhance and refactor our existing codebase to decrease technical debt and improve the system’s maintainability and efficiency
  • Work closely with our main development team, contributing to the design and implementation of new application features, ensuring these features are delivered on time and meet our standards
  • Use your knowledge of the MS Azure platform to maintain and enhance our application infrastructure, supporting the reliability and performance of our services
  • Develop and enhance the application’s front-end using Angular, focusing on creating a seamless and efficient user experience
  • Build and maintain robust back-end processes using Node.js, focusing on creating scalable and efficient services

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a developer role
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Angular for front-end development and Node.js for back-end development
  • Experience working with microservices architecture and API development
  • Strong understanding of the MS Azure stack, including services like Azure Functions, Azure App Service, and Azure Storage
  • Demonstrated ability to triage, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • English skills at a B2 level or higher
