Junior Python Developer Description

We are looking for a Junior Python Developer to join our team in enhancing AI-based features for our key customer’s products. This role involves developing microservices, improving APIs, and integrating new functionalities into the existing ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Python-based microservices
  • Design, build, and maintain REST APIs using FastAPI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new services into existing systems
  • Optimize Amazon SageMaker endpoints and OpenSearch performance
  • Implement updates to an existing suite of microservices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to microservices and APIs

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python.Core with 6+ months of practical experience
  • Background in designing scalable cloud-based applications
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services and REST API development
  • Proficiency in building and deploying microservices architecture
  • Strong communication skills in English, meeting at least a B2 proficiency level

Nice to have

  • Expertise in OpenSearch performance tuning and optimization
  • Skills in Elasticsearch
  • Familiarity with Java
  • Knowledge of FastAPI and Pydantic
