Senior Business Analyst Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in financial regulatory compliance and risk management to play a key role in integration projects.
The ideal candidate will combine domain expertise with the ability to engage clients in understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
- Participate in implementation projects by delivering functional expertise through specialized workshops on regulatory reporting, banking, and financial products
- Assist customers in defining and analyzing requirements, translating needs into functional specifications, implementing and testing solutions, and ensuring ongoing evaluation
- Advise clients on standard and customized solutions, leveraging a deep understanding of financial risk and compliance frameworks
- Serve as the primary contact for functional, content-related questions from clients
- Follow established implementation methodology and report to the project manager on assigned projects
- Contribute to international and local projects for solution implementation, collaborating with multinational teams
- Provide functional expertise on banking and regulatory reporting, including frameworks such as COREP, FINREP, LIQREP, and IRRBB
- Deliver consultancy, training, and presentations to external stakeholders
- Identify and propose alternative solutions for challenges, managing enhancements to address customer issues effectively
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory changes and adapt solutions to accommodate evolving compliance requirements
Requirements
- Master's degree in Economics, Business Economics, Business Engineering with a specialization in Banking and Finance, or a related field (other degrees may be considered based on experience)
- 5-7 years of experience in regulatory reporting or related compliance roles
- Experience with tools like OneSumX for transforming client data into regulator-required formats (ECB/Central Banks)
- Background both as an end-user and implementation consultant for COREP, FINREP, LIQREP, IRRBB, or similar frameworks
- Skills in client engagement, consultancy, and delivering tailored training and presentations
- Understanding of financial instruments and regulatory reporting within financial industries
- Familiarity with software implementation projects, with database and SQL knowledge desirable
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in cross-cultural environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative solutions
- Detail-oriented, committed to accuracy and methodological work
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
- Willingness to travel within EMEA on a case-by-case basis
- Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous
