Requirements

• Knowledge/coding skills/experience in C# programming, with understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns. (6-18 months experience)
• Understanding of web application development and RESTful APIs, ASP.NET Core framework
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL
• English B2+
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Node.js would be plus
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Former projects, work experience or pet projects would be a plus (.NET, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, React)
• IT Degree or IT Courses/ Certification

• Depending on the technical interview results EPAM Java Full-stack education program may be offered. · Program duration is about 2-3 months, depending on technical interview results. · Performance progress will be reviewed through ongoing evaluations. · A technical interview will be conducted after 2 months of training to assess permanency in the program. · Self-Paced/Study course under the guidance of expert engineering mentors. · During this training period/program you will be in a Pre-Production stage, waiting to complete the training satisfactorily and be considered for a production stage in one of our projects

  • Yes, you can apply again to the program after six months

• Will I get a salary increase after the first 3-month training? :
  • No. For all EPAMers, salary increases are decided once a year during our Compensation Campaign
• Will I get a promotion after the first 3-month training? :
  • No, after you’ve have spent some time in your role you can apply for an assessment to try to get a promotion. This process is standard for all EPAmers
• Does EPAM sponsor relocation to Guadalajara for this role? :
  • No, relocation is only considered when it is crucial for a role. Since this opportunity is mostly remote, it is not required nor covered by EPAM
• Can I be in two selection processes at the same time? :
  • No, it’s needed you finish one selection process before starting another one for a different training program
• Can I change my primary technology when the program ends? :
  • No, if you successfully pass the training, we will look for projects on the technology you were trained in
• Can I apply for one of the training programs if I’m currently studying at an online university? :
  • Yes, if you can work a full 8-hour shift per day, you are eligible
