Partner Sales Executive – FSI Description

EPAM is looking for a Partner Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for driving revenue related to multiple offerings by working closely with our internal marketing, Alliances and Delivery, as well as with technology partners. To be successful within this role, you will need to build effective relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to pursue joint success. In this role you will be working in the growing Sales organization with very close alignment with the EPAM.

Responsibilities

  • Win business for EPAM in new and existing FSI clients
  • Drive all MACH related sales and marketing activities within your region but working cross regions to share knowledge
  • Oversee preparation of business' value propositions, sales plans, RFPs/RFQs/ RFIs
  • Drive joint marketing initiatives with marketing teams
  • Serve as liaison to Business Units, sales, partner, and executive teams
  • Work with technology partners to identify opportunities and joint target accounts
  • Coordinate with the EPAM and partner teams regarding joint opportunities, including pipeline and forecast reviews
  • Serve as internal trusted advisor on EPAM services, ensuring internal product management, and managing access to early release programs and product roadmaps
  • On occasion, deliver introductory training courses and supplementary materials (e.g. overview presentations and hands-on exercises) to illustrate platform-specific features and functionalities
  • Work with the assigned partner manager to identify, prepare and deliver product messaging to demonstrate EPAM value prop as a trusted systems integrator

Requirements

  • Experience selling IT focused solutions in the Swiss region
  • Proven experience in software sales is desired
  • Good experience in all aspects of the sales life cycle
  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Solutions selling skills and demonstrated success developing and maintaining client and internal relationships
  • Strong presentation skills
  • High energy level and ability to work independently
  • Fluency in German and English is required for this role
