In this role you’ll be a part of a team that provides DevOps support for Cloud environments, including workload management, monitoring of applications and proactive prevention of incidents, in order to guarantee que highest performance of our client’s IT infrastructure

- Monitoring of system’s health via monitoring tools
- Management of incoming incidents
- Resolution of normal and standard change and other requests
