Responsibilities
- Work with client stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to develop and write content for user support articles and learning experiences
- Write content for knowledge base sites, video scripts, and training materials
- Conceptualize learning deliverables and work with multimedia developers to create effective instructional assets (e.g., video, websites, eLearning interactives)
- Ensure all deliverables and products are professionally written, edited, and proofread
- Conduct QA reviews and pursue continuous improvement of processes
- Communicate regularly with client stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs, as well as internal EPAM teams and colleagues during the development process
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams to leverage tools and resources
- Partner with client to enhance, edit, and reformat legacy content and identify new opportunities for content creation
- Manage projects through all phases of their life cycle, including project initiation and requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, and project closure
- End-to-end responsibility for project delivery as well as governing the delivery across stakeholders, ensuring the overall solution is of top-notch quality
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience writing within multiple channels (help center, knowledge base, technical, scripts, web content, video, instructional design, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly process, analyze, and re-structure large amounts of information
- Experience writing technical content for Knowledge Bases, Help Centers, and user support content
- Engaging and motivated writer who can bring technical or conceptual content to life
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies including but not limited to: ADDIE model, SAM, backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking, and interactive learning experiences
- Good eye for visual design and an understanding of experience design
