Chief Business Analyst Lithuania or Remote

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with EPAM, Client, or third-party development teams to deliver technology solutions
• Design a solution for systems and platforms with multiple business processes (Product Vision, Product Strategy, Roadmap)
• Decompose solution scope into functional components, keep dependencies and conduct further MVP design activities 
• Build a scalable BA process and governance for the entire engagement
• Create and maintain program-level artifacts: solution modeling, client's business processes description and traceability
• Cooperate with the Product Manager to set operational objectives and goals for product features

What You Have

• 10+ years of experience in a Business Analysis, Product, or Consultancy role
• Expertise in at least one industry domain, including awareness of emerging business and technology trends
• End-to-end delivery experience at several sizeable multi-stream software delivery projects
• Competency in working on the level of business processes: analyzing existing BP, applying the principles of business processes change management, and implementing the change within the organization
• Ability to set up BA processes and contribute to overall delivery governance using Agile and other development methodologies
• Tech-savviness in system details: hands-on experience with integrations and cloud solutions
• Proficiency in working with top-ranking stakeholders up to C-level
• C1+ English level, both writing and verbal
