Responsibilities

  • Organize 2 step educational based recruitment funnel (external trainings –> internal labs)
  • Work as a part of Global EPAM Labs to take existing best practices and implement in Mexico
  • Collaborate with EPAM departments (Recruiting and Marketing) to organize applicant’s flow
  • Build and manage a local team of administrators, trainers and mentors
  • Maintain internal EDU labs as Unit manager for students
  • Track student’s progress and oversee their success within the program
  • Cooperate with local Universities and Colleges to access talent pool and/or conduct joint programs

Requirements

  • English B1+
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships, establish trust and provide support to local Mexico Leadership
  • Effective and efficient organizational ability in coordinating multiple responsibilities efficiently while meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to have

  • Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering, Training & Development, Human Resources or similar
  • Experience leading educational programs for IT professionals
  • Previous relationships with local IT education programs and colleges
  • Experience in software development as Engineer/Manager. IT education as Trainer or HR in IT company
