Responsibilities

  • Working with suppliers to produce and deliver gadgets to community program members globally (e.g. print client branded t-shirt for specific event at large scale)
  • Manage online/offline events dedicated to community members (e.g responsible for public communication at large scale, oversee event logistics, setting up event agenda and invite speakers)
  • Collaborate with Program Lead on execution of existing projects and introducing new initiatives for community members

Requirements

  • Experience working with suppliers to produce and ship globally client branded gadgets
  • Experience in enforcing already established budget limits for production and shipment
  • Ability to select the most preferable gadget options to create most value for client
  • Experience in following branding guidelines
  • Experience organizing medium to large scale events (online and in-person events) with understanding of event logistics, collaboration with various suppliers and event moderation (e.g. Tech Talk, Hackathons, Community Member Meetup)
  • Program/Project Management experience, owning multiple workstreams
  • Comfortable in interacting and communicating with internal and external stakeholders (program managers, community members)
  • 3 years or more work experience preferably at international company
  • English Level Writing/Speaking B2/C1

Nice to have

  • Having worked in an environment that solely used Google Workspace products (Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail)
  • Experience of being a member/lead of a community (developers community, student organization, non-governmental organization, charity organizations
