We are looking for an experienced developer to join our internal project. Our project is a support chatbot for Global EPAM. The goal of the project is to migrate EPAM-owned support product from a highly mature and customized Microfocus service manager (MFSM) platform to ServiceNow.

We create processes and products for unified people management all over EPAM.
Our mission is to build self-explained, integrated into day-to-day life, experience to cover our employees from day one and give them everything to match their needs / find their place in life. Currently, there are around 20 programs in the group, and the number is growing.


  • Extending and improving Service Catalog - create items with appropriate workflows
  • Implementing design of a Service Portal - create a handy UI with tailored content right for user needs
  • UI design and implementation - align the content of Task’s siblings (Change, Incident, Problem, etc)
  • Extending core functionality by Script Includes, REST APIs, Business Rules
  • Integration with 3rd party services
  • CMDB management
  • Knowledge Base management


  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development (Business rules, Workflows, Client scripts, ACLs, Notifications, etc.)
  • Strong working knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules (migration from legacy toolsets as well as green field development)
  • Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and 3rd party applications (JDBC, SOAP/REST, MID Server)
  • Experience with Service Portal
  • Hands-on experience with platform upgrade
  • Experience with HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, Bootstrap
  • Experience with SQL, database design, and data modeling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of ITSM processes
  • Solid understanding of Agile/SCRUM concepts with experience operating in SCRUM teams
  • ServiceNow Administrator/Implementation Specialist Certifications preferred

  • Intermediate English (B1+) should allow discussing mid complexity concepts with customers and the team
