Senior Business Analyst Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst, who is ready to relocate to Georgia. You will work on a project related to Legal Businesses’ most advanced solutions.
Our customer is a leading provider of Legal solutions for law firms, private practitioners and in-house law departments. You will be standing on the frontier of EPAM team’s delivery, collaborating with the product management board on the customer side, elaborating detailed requirements from business cases and supporting the implementation of ongoing product enhancements.
We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive individual, who is comfortable assessing current product capabilities by checking existing widgets, reports and integrations, building new requirements regarding already implemented functionality.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate daily with EPAM delivery team and product owner on the customer side
- Participate and facilitate planning, grooming and demo sessions
- Work directly with the product owner on requirements clarification and solution validation
- Gather, elaborate and document requirements using the appropriate deliverable templates
- Help product owner to manage backlog, keep it in correct state, depending on business priorities, and resolve blockers from internal and external dependencies
- Establish and support communication with different teams involved in the delivery process, coordinate information flow between different parties
What You Have
- Experience in a Business Analyst role for more than 3 years, working as an independent Key BA on the project
- Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders
- Extensive experience in developing and constantly updating requirements documentation
- Expertise in working with widely distributed teams
- Readiness to represent client to the team, take ownership of the developed product, proactively eliminate impediments
- Ability to organize requirements development and management flows in agile environment
- Strong self-motivation and proactive approach
- B2+ written and spoken English
