Our rapidly growing Salesforce Marketing Cloud practice is looking for a Marketing Cloud Trainer / Instructional designer. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the successful adoption by end-users of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The role will support both training internal EPAM resources and client users. The Marketing Cloud trainer is responsible for designing an internal resource training program and working with the key delivery stakeholders to review the training curriculum and execute the training. This role will be part of our Global Change Enablement practice and will work with project teams to ensure overall project and training success.
We seek a candidate with deep functional knowledge of training on Marketing Cloud technology transformation projects, a clear approach to instructional design, and the passion to expand their thinking, stretch to new roles, and learn.

What You’ll Do

  • Design a robust training curriculum for internal EPAM Marketing Cloud resources - spanning functional consultant, technical lead, business analyst and developer skillsets
  • Execution of monthly training curriculum, leading in-classroom trainings with core resource teams
  • Design a robust training curriculum for client end users of Marketing Cloud - ensuring seamless adoption of their new Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools
  • Develop trusted relationships with key clients, partners and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with external and internal project teams
  • Create and implement instructional design and training utilizing innovative approaches and a variety of mediums and tools
  • Identify opportunities to provide or create additional client value


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years’ experience related to the successful design and delivery of instructional design, content and course development, and multiple forms of media development and deployment
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required - including Marketing Cloud consultant and developer certifications
  • Functional knowledge and hands on experience with Marketing Cloud core, Interaction Studio, CDP, Loyalty Management and Datorama
  • Leveraging our proven assets and successful methodologies, as well as sound instructional design methodology
  • Knowledge of eLearning development tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Camstasia) is preferred
  • Strong proficiency with presentation tools and applications
  • Excellent communication skills and strong presentation skills
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, work with a remote team, think creatively, manage own time, and take initiative to drive projects
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
