What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional EPAM and client teams to elaborate, map, document and socialize client’s vision, strategy, execution and roadmap across numerous data and analytics streams, with a focus on Marketing Analytics, Digital Sales/Commerce, Digital Marketing and Digital Analytics
  • Lead and develop a comprehensive data and analytics enterprise-wide strategy for enabling, optimizing, operationalizing, and measuring sales and marketing initiatives and investments, in collaboration with client and EPAM teams
  • Provide consulting expertise for eliciting and elaborating on omni-channel sales and marketing use cases, scenarios, omni-channel campaigns orchestration, personalization, audience/segment management and cross-channel customer journey analytics
  • Serve as a trusted client partner and SME for data and analytics streams such as Digital Analytics, Data Integrations, Digital Marketing Integrations, MarTech, AdTech, Marketing Analytics Models (Propensity, LTV, Lookalikes, etc.), Customer Data Platform (CDP) architecture and enablement
  • Enhance EPAM’s offerings within the marketing data and analytics space by developing and recommending novel approaches and product integrations
  • Contribute to the development of internal accelerators and strategic partnerships
  • Support pre-sales activities by responding to RFP's, creating proposals and presentations, and helping close deals
  • Your performance scorecard will include:
    • Impact on Operating the Business – achieve target billable utilization
    • Impact on Our People and Team(s) - contribute to EPAM and Data Practice people initiatives

Requirements

  • • 5+ years’ experience in Digital Analytics, Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce and Marketing Analytics strategy, consulting, and execution both from a functional and technical perspective
  • Hands-on experience in pertinent data and analytics platforms, products, and tools, such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, Client-side and Server-side Tag Management, Google Marketing Platform, Tealium iQ, Tealium AudienceStream, Marketing Analytics ML models, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, DSPs, Braze etc
  • A thorough understanding of CDP capabilities and expertise in at least one vendor (Adobe, Salesforce, Tealium) CDP and / or custom CDPs built on platforms such as Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, etc
  • Experience with Tier-1 consulting firms and familiarity with consulting presales, engagement management and delivery approaches
  • Strong problem solver and creative thinker
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and quickly grasp advanced technical terms and concepts
  • Desire to learn and expand your comfort zone
  • Entrepreneurial spirit

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
