What You’ll Do
- Drive go-to-market strategy at target clients providing thought leadership on emerging market trends and areas of disruption to our clients
- Lead business development efforts including identifying opportunities, developing relationships, scoping prospective engagements, and developing proposals
- Strategic leadership of large, complex engagements with a focus on defined outcomes and measurable ROI
- Analysis of client's systemic business problems, design and delivery of disruptive solutions to increase efficiency and create value from data analytics
- Develop and sustain trust-based relationships with C-level executives
- Provide leadership to EPAM data analytics consulting and delivery teams
Requirements
- Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.)
- Professional experience in business/ technology consulting in the Supply Chain Management
- 15+ years of consulting experience in multinational consulting companies (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture, KPMG, EY, PWC, Deloitte, etc.) and/ or similar experience in internal consultancy in large industry organizations
- Deep understanding of supply chain technology agenda, industry use cases, trends, market solutions
- Deep understanding of at least on one industry (CPG, Retail, Healthcare, Heavy industries)
- Strong Data Analytics background in supply chain management
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
