What You’ll Do

  • Requirement’s elicitation (using different techniques)
  • Business Goals, Needs and Objectives identification
  • Current state analysis As-Is, and To-Be impact analysis
  • Translate business needs into requirements (Functional, Non-functional, Transition)
  • Requirement’s documentation according to selected framework and BA approach (i.e. Use Cases, Epics and User Stories including Acceptance Criteria)
  • Ensure requirements are aligned with product goals, needs, objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (i.e. business representatives, SMEs, Development and QA teams etc.)

What You Have

  • At least 1 year of relevant BA experience
  • Experience in creating requirements of different types (e.g. Business, User, System) and formats (e.g. User Stories, Use Cases)
  • Ability to select appropriate elicitation techniques, capture and organize the information provided during elicitation activities
  • Knowledge of visual modelling notations (UML, BPMN)
  • Experience with Agile methodology (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and the classic one (ex. Waterfall)
  • Ability to follow a defined software development process, acquire new information about the project and domain quickly from different sources
  • Strong analytical, learning, creative and visual thinking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate (e.g. listening, verbal and written communication) with all stakeholders in complex environments (multi-cultural/multi-country/geographically distributed team)
  • At least B2 level of English

Nice to have

  • Engineering or computer science education background
  • Ability to use effectively multiple estimation approaches
  • Knowledge of relative DB concepts, ability to retrieve data from DB using SQL queries
  • Certification in areas of Business Analysis, Scrum Master or Product Owner
  • Knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
  • Ability to create wireframes and diagrams, support solution testing/UAT
  • Knowledge of UX/UI and the ability to support in designing activities
