Currently we are looking for a Agile Coach to make our team even stronger.


  • Enable people and teams to achieve their goals in an effective way using various agile techniques, while being pragmatic and focusing on value
  • Bring the capacity to work on multiple levels and scale your impact (with individuals, teams, and the whole organization)
  • Work together with teams (product owner, scrum master and developers) to help them grow in agility
  • Be able to use coaching techniques such as powerful questions, leading by example, being objective, etc. to encourage the team to figure out improvements for themselves
  • Have the ability to build strong working relationships and trust, to guide individuals in their personal development to enhance the team and deliver more value
  • Have a transparent communication style with the people by using information radiators and creating coaching artifacts (like assessments, growth backlog, personal Kanban board, etc.)
  • Expected to work without direct supervision most of the time in strong collaboration with globally distributed teammates


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • Multiple years of experience in agile application and at least 3 years hands-on experience with Agile product delivery (Scrum, Kanban etc., as an agile coach, scrum master, product owner or similar agile role)
  • Coach development teams on content and in facilitation of agile events, and the maintenance of agile artefacts (product backlog, sprint backlog, burndown-charts etc.)
  • Inspect and adapt' to analyze and continuously improve the development process and help the teams review the quality of their products
  • Develop and facilitate agile workshops and training
  • Build and encourage communities covering topics like agility, culture and leadership
  • Able to oversee multiple product teams with varying levels of Agile maturity
  • Have great English communication skills and flexibility to liaise with colleagues throughout the whole organization
  • Ability to demonstrate and model agile approaches and share vision strategy with executive management
  • Being a role model of servant leadership: providing vision, direction and helping others to perform
