We are looking for an experienced Power Engineer (Office Facilities Specialist) to oversee all service's activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.

The Power Engineer (Office Facilities Specialist) will be responsible for electrical, systems to ensure optimal operating results. The successful candidate will supervise the operation of the enterprise, develop technical specifications, organize and control maintenance, all while remaining in compliance with local, state regulations. The ideal candidate must be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities and phenomenal efficiency can set you apart among our candidate pool. Candidates with permits and certification are highly preferred.


  • Provide uninterrupted service to our offices so that employees can work in the best possible conditions
  • Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments
  • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
  • Inspect all offices to determine the need for repairs or renovations
  • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
  • Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, etc.)
  • Maintenance service contracts
  • Perform cost analysis and forecasting


  • 3+ years of experience performing substantially similar essential functions such as project management, construction, maintenance
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering, facilities or a related discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management as examples) from an institute or university
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Must possess previous facilities' project management experience with managing project
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Demonstrate financial experience with the ability to calculate cost-benefit analysis
  • Demonstrate proficient knowledge of materials, processes and equipment used for servicing office space
