DESCRIPTION


We are now looking for a bilingual (Jap-Eng) Talent Acquisition Marketer to lead our Japanese recruitment marketing activities and to grow with us in the APAC region. Responsibilities

  • Brand development of EPAM in Japan, focusing on employer branding and talent marketing channels and activities (such as, but not limited to: social media, web-based landing pages/microsite, job board listings, meetup groups etc.)
  • Create or localize all suitable content (ranging from job descriptions, articles, podcasts, videos, graphics etc.) in Japanese language to ensure relevance and resonate with our target audiences
  • Ensure all TA communications and marketing deliverables are on-brand and continuously find opportunities to improve on local communication materials
  • Collaborate with global teams to boost local recruitment and community outreach events in Japan, acting as local lead to drive both online or in-person events (such as tech talks or hiring fairs) from ideation to post-event
  • Collaborate with region/country management and Talent Acquisition team to enhance employee referral programs
  • Participate and contribute to regional initiatives by APAC talent marketing team and provide support for regional TA marketing campaigns and activities
  • Prepare reports on marketing activities and results for senior management as needed

Requirements

  • Native Japanese writer/speaker with English at B1 level or above (CEFR), with strong writing and editing skills
  • Diploma or Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years or more of relevant work experience at a global company, top agency or MNC environment
  • Experience in organizing physical events and digital meetups or webinars; or exploring new recruitment channels
  • Excellent attention to detail combined with an ability to see the bigger picture
  • Passion for EPAMs’ culture and deep empathy for our employees
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team-worker willing to be transparent and challenge the status quo
  • Ideally understand SEO and growth hacking strategies
  • Desirable / Good to have: Basic knowledge of graphic design (including use of relevant software like Adobe Creative Cloud), photography and videography
