DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a for an experienced People Program Specialist for our Gdansk office, who will support all initiatives related to the integration, adaptation and engagement of employees by organizing events, meetups and support building EPAM expats community. The person will manage the CSR budget and implement events for employees. A person in this position will not only implement the broadly understood wellbeing and CSR, but also proactively introduce solutions aimed at building employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the organization of events and CSR activities to increase employee engagement, building teamwork, work life balance, healthy lifestyle, etc
  • Facilitate and organize orientation, on-boarding programs and conduct introductory talks with Expats
  • Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
  • Collaborate with internal communication team to gather news and administer Community-Z platform for assigned Communities
  • Work with Centers of Excellence including Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility and others to provide a wide range of information to stakeholders
  • Track, measure and report on wellbeing, events and CSR activities and budgets. Analyze the reasons behind (un)successful campaigns
  • Create, build and deliver employee/internal communications: email communication, social channels, internal platforms, etc

Requirements

  • English B2 Level and Russian B2 Level as a must
  • A generalist Events/Wellbeing or HR background and a proven track record of delivering with good experience specific to employee relations, employee lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build solid working relationships
  • Creativity and good sense of style, outstanding communication skills
  • Experience of managing / supporting events and CSR projects
  • Ability to provide both verbal and written information clearly, succinctly, and persuasively, as well as ability to influence others
  • Strong organization skills are important, as well as strong attention to people needs, an ability to multitask and see work through to full implementation
  • Demonstrate a pro-active approach
  • Ability to adapt in a changing environment
  • Able to work autonomously & provide independent solutions
