EPAM Digital Engagement Practice (DEP) is looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Business Analyst to drive requirements management on multilanguage and cross-disciplinary projects in the Healthcare domain. We need a professional ready to play a BA role in the process of delivering a “one-stop-shop” experience where a customer will log into one account and access personalized experiences based on data-driven recognition of customer’s distinct roles.

On this position, you will be responsible for end-to-end business analysis processes set up and management, organizing collaboration synergy between Executives, SMEs, POs, SA's, PMs and UI/UX Designers on Client's side and Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Development Team Leads and other team members on EPAM's side.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and other business stakeholders to write business requirements in the form of epics and user stories
  • Gather and formalize functional and non-functional requirements
  • Drive refinement/grooming sessions with the development team and other relevant stakeholders
  • Run Sprint demos and UAT
  • Collaborate with API and Data teams to map and define integration, data mapping requirements and document
  • Support Design, Dev, QA in understanding business needs and requirements

What You Have

  • Solid understanding of integrations and personalization set up
  • Expertise in CMS and content management strategies (Ideally Sitecore)
  • Knowledge of NFRs, including accessibility requirements and standards
  • Experience in the discovery phase with a huge list of stakeholders
  • Solid scope management, stakeholders management skills and change management practical experience
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
  • Proactivity & dedication
  • Independence in making decisions
  • Good prioritization and managerial skills
  • Quick decision making
  • Experience in Healthcare domain is preferred (especially in Payer, Provider and Pharmacy domain; healthcare standards and interoperability; healthcare data exchanges (FHIR, SMART, EHR Epic); privacy; and Salesforce)
  • Acquaintance with HIPAA, GDPR, PECR, California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) ) will be a plus
  • Presale experience is highly appreciated
