What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with the customer - work directly with the Customer team, led with the experienced yet open-minded management
  • Join ONE team of friendly and fun professionals: no other team knows how to have a good time as we do. We all respect each other as equals and not only get along on a work level but personal as well
  • Configure continuous integration and deployment
  • Develop and maintain configuration management for the whole infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as a code
  • Provide operational support for the whole infrastructure and automation tools
  • Ensure that any technical issues faced by project teams are resolved
  • Communicate effectively to all the stakeholders and team members
  • Lead and coach team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for growth


  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of AWS. Experience in other public or private clouds is an advantage (GCP, Azure or OpenStack can be plus)
  • In-depth understanding of Containers: Kubernetes and the associated tooling, Helm, Skaffold (Docker, LXC, BSD Zones, etc. will be a plus)
  • Expertise in Terraform
  • Advanced sysadmin skills: Linux or Windows
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience mentoring others and teaching/advising engineers on how to use Kubernetes, Terraform, general DevOps tooling including git etc
  • Desire to communicate and collaborate with the customer intensely
  • Motivation to acquire new skills continuously
  • Strong problem-solving characteristics
  • Clear, concise communication skills and good command of written and spoken English

Nice to have

  • The following experience is considered as a big plus. However, if you do not have some of these - we are ready to train you:
    • Scripting/coding: Go lang and/or Python
    • CI/CD: Jenkins, TeamCity, CircleCI (GoCD, Travis, CodePipeline, Bamboo, etc)
    • Other Hashicorp products such as Consul and Vault
    • Configuration management: Ansible, Puppet, Chef or Salt Stack
    • Virtualization: KVM/libvirt or HyperV
    • Version control systems: git, Subversion or CVS etc
    • Team or project-leading experience
    • Able to conduct technical interviews
