Currently we are looking for a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to make our team even stronger.


  • Support the product design transfer to manufacturing
  • Develop and improves manufacturing processes and equipment for our contract manufacturers
  • Develop tests and testing equipment aimed at manufacturing process verification and quality control
  • Drive technical discussion between manufacturing companies and EPAM HW engineers
  • Create documentation supporting design transfer for manufacturing (such as technical drawings, assembly instructions, manufacturing test procedures. etc.)
  • Support our product development team by consultations on preferred manufacturing methods in early stages of the design process to meet requirements and minimize cost
  • Operate labor equipment and hold trainings on labor usage
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor


  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or technical manufacturing support
  • Strong background with various manufacturing processes
  • Experienced in 3D CAD skills (SolidWorks)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities while keeping attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a relevant technical field
  • Experienced in the maintenance of manufacturing files and databases per internal design control procedures
  • Deep knowledge on DFx methods and standards
  • Deep knowledge in statistics and data analysis
  • Experience as a lab manager or technician
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
