JOB OVERVIEW


EPAM are working to build and deploy new CRM and associated integrated solutions across several large and complex multinational client business. As a Program Director, you will takeover and animate a team, responsible to support our customer’s local teams in all the countries were the solutions are rolled-out. To succeed in this strategic role you will have to work closely with both the countries and central project teams. As a true enabler for business transformation for our customers, you will act as a true Business Partner with them, understanding their vision and constraints and provide both strategic and operational advices to them. You will also be accountable for the right synchronization of the deployments with the key program’s milestones, other program streams, as well as the application of a structured and reliable methodology for deployment and change. You will of course coordinate planning, readiness and deployment activities for several countries in parallel over the course of the programme deployment, joining multiple central and distributed client teams, EPAM’s onshore consulting and offshore teams.

In addition, you will be able to play a key role in shaping the practice as we continue to grow and mature.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of project and operational resources to implement new technology and processes
  • Develop maintain and apply a State-of-the-Art deployment and change management methodology
  • Set-up and manage a complex, multi country programme which delivers within quality, time and cost constraints:
    • Set-up the project governance and master plan across the selected locations
    • Lead and control the execution of the programme through analysis, design, implementation, hyper-care and benefits realisation phases
    • Identify, mitigate and manage, program related risks
    • Embed quality review and governance in all programme activities
  • Design & deploy effective change management techniques to influence, train and guide business leaders within specific regions:
    • Define and implement the change management strategy to ensure stakeholders are knowledgeable, prepared, and motivated for the changes
    • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders who have accountability for program execution
    • Coach, mentor and support other team members to enhance delivery performance
  • Provide regular, accurate and appropriate reporting to the Program Management Team, both within EPAM and to our customers:
    • Establish effective reporting on programme benefits, progress, risks and issues
    • Chair regular governance meetings, reporting to local leadership and Group Exco Members
    • Continuously measure and assess the effectiveness of the programme
  • Effectively manage programme financials and benefit realisation within specific regions:
    • Establish clear and measurable programme goals which improve business performance
    • Establish benefit tracking mechanisms which will be handed over to finance after programme completion

Requirements

  • Core skills:
    • Experience in Manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life sciences and/or FMCG sector
    • Experience of leading complex & multi-country programs, involving system, process and/or organizational change
    • Deep insights into operating models redesign organization re-structuring
    • Communicating with and influencing C-Suite stakeholders
    • Exceptional organisation skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Managing a remote team across multiple countries
    • Exceptional written and spoken English
  • Desirable skills:
    • Desire to learn and build next-gen products with our client and team of excellent Engineers
    • Interest in supporting strategic and ambitious Transformation programs on all their technical and organizational aspects
    • Team player with a proven track of building and growing teams and team members
    • Familiarity with CRM deployment and associated organisational change, ideally Salesforce
