What You’ll Do
- Articulate detailed business processes for engineering teams
- Drive Thought leadership, Solutions Delivery and Pre-Sales
- Build relationship with the customer and help with account mining and account growth
What You Have
- 10+ years of experience in Healthcare domain
- 4+ years of experience with digital transformation solutions across Hospitals
- Strong Experience driving transformation programs as an Enterprise Architect for large Health Systems, Outpatient Clinics, Labs
- Strong, in-depth, practical experience in Hospital processes - Clinical Analytics, Workflows, Diagnosis & Therapy Management, Physician & Care Team Experience, Quality Measures & Improvement, Revenue Cycle
- Demonstrated track record of orchestrating solutions for Patients/Physicians/Care Teams, combining Data & Analytics, Digital Engagement/Experience, EHR/EMR and Cloud technologies
- Versatile & Fluent in customer engagement e.g., vision & blueprint for CXOs/VPs
