The multinational company with Hungarian roots is assigned a prominent role in its international growth to its Hungarian offices in Budapest, Szeged and Debrecen. Currently we are looking for a Scrum Master for our Budapest office.


  • Be a Scrum Master for a team
  • Drive all SCRUM ceremonies
  • Remove roadblocks
  • Interact with other teams and establish good communication between team members
  • Provide status report and collect metrics
  • Groom JIRA and keep it up to date
  • Work on efficiency and productivity of the team
  • Support product manager in backlog management, prioritization


  • 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
  • Great knowledge of SCRUM
  • Experience in interacting with other teams
  • Real experience in troubleshooting
  • Technical background
  • Experience in working with full stack (front end and Services/APIs)
  • Good knowledge of software development practices: CI/CD, unit testing, code review, testing process and etc
  • Ability to analyze the legacy application and ability to drive the target state of the application
  • Experience in TDD
  • Tech Skills:
    • Front End: Angular 5+, Typescript, Javascript(ES6), SASS, JTest, Puppeteer, Falcor
    • Back End : AWS cloud, JAVA 8, Spring 4, Jax-RS, Apigee Microgateway
    • Other Tech: • Junit, Jmeter and API testing, Splunk, AWS Fargate
    • Other technologies - BitBucket, Bamboo, JIRA and Confluence
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication
    • Client facing
    • Structure, organization skills
    • Ability to remove the fuzziness, deal with ambiguity
    • Team leadership
