DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Recruiter for our Gomel office to make the team even stronger.

EPAM launches regular training programs for IT-beginners in Java, .NET, JavaScript, Test Automation and many other technical areas. Every day we receive hundreds of responses from those who want to attend them. Recruiters face the task of processing the incoming candidates’ flow and selecting exactly those talents who will start their career in our company and work on the most important projects in future.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephone and personal interviews for the company's trainings staffing;
  • Work with the company's internal systems;
  • Assess candidates' English;
  • Communicate with the hiring managers;
  • Arrange technical interviews;
  • Provide reporting and statistics;
  • Participate in the company's external events.

Requirements

  • University education;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • English level is B1 (Intermediate level) and higher;
  • Desire to develop recruiting skills;
  • Responsibility and independence in tasks fulfillment;
  • Experience dealing with students is nice to have;
  • Accuracy in working with data.
