Due to an extended period of growth we are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to focus on supporting the European Delivery organisation through designing and implementing People programs, processes and practices that enable EPAM to attract, develop, engage and retain talent in a highly diverse marketplace.

Working closely with the Head of Delivery and regional HR teams, as well as a wide network of colleagues globally in Staffing, Mobility, Legal, Operations & Talent Acquisition, the Senior HRBP will engage stakeholders across a broad array of people strategies, while keeping focused on core operational HR across the UK and Europe.

We are looking for a smart, competent, collaborative and hard-working professional with a proven track record supporting demanding managers and senior stakeholders.


  • Broad range of HR experience including business partnering, ideally across multiple geographies. CIPD qualified or equivalent;
  • Background in the technology services sector or a similar industry is an advantage;
  • Excellent credentials coaching and supporting in all areas of Employee Relations;
  • Fluent written and spoken English;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies;
  • Passionate and energetic - positive mindset and ‘can-do’ attitude;
  • Reliable and responsive - client-centred, focused on solutions;
  • Empathetic - able to build rapport and install trust and confidence;
  • Flexible and agile - adapts style to engage with different kinds of stakeholders;
