DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Lead Software Engineer (Java Full Stack) for our Pune office to make the team even stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Effective coordination with team/project stakeholder management;
  • Effective end-to-end execution of project from requirement phase till production deployment phase;
  • Lead code review activities and ensure defined quality standards are met;
  • Mentor Junior Developers and take delivery responsibility of assigned projects;
  • Identify technical gaps of junior team members and solve their technical issues;
  • Learn functional aspects of project effectively;
  • Identify and raise risks and potential issues on time with a mitigation plan;
  • Do hands-on work/code and support the team when needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent in OOPs and design patterns;
  • Hands-on experience in designing and defining architecture of complex web-based applications;
  • Hands-on experience in Web services development/Design (Soap and Rest);
  • Experience in MVC framework like Spring and ORM framework like Hibernate;
  • Hands-on experience in Advanced Java;
  • Knowledge of FE technologies like Angular JS (v1.5/2.0);
  • Working experience in Oracle database and SQL;
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams;
  • Understanding of the following technologies:
    • Maven/Gradle;
    • JUnit;
    • JBehave;
    • Bamboo/Jenkins;
    • Jasmin/Karma;
    • Git/SVN;
    • Rally/Jira.
  • Experience preparing technical design documents;
  • Be able to lead multiple projects with a sense of ownership.
