Currently we are looking for a Systems Engineer for our Prague office to make the team even stronger.
Located globally, we operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment requiring strong technology, finance, quantitative, and communication skills. Work is typically to tight timescales in an environment where delivery of IT solutions to revenue-earning areas of the business is critical.
Be able to manage the Jira stack (the team uses the Agile process);
Work in a small sized global team of 5 people covering all activities in environment management – Release and Deployment, Environment Provisioning, Non-production support and Tooling and Automation;
Own problems and drive through solutions;
Work with Development Teams, peers and PM to understand and deliver requirements;
Analyze requirements to find the most appropriate technical solution;
Document designs and communicate them with the team;
Main technologies used will be Coherence, Linux, Windows Infrastructure;
Ensure adherence to bank technical standards & SDLC;
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Scientific discipline;
Red Hat/Linux administration with Bash scripting;
Windows administration and system support;
Solid Release Management Skills using TeamCity, Perforce or similar technologies;
Experience in server side and distributed software;
Exposure to Agile and DevOps process and approaches;
Ability to provide 3rd line support of a large critical system;
Working hours: 12:00 - 21:00 Prague time.
