Procurement Specialist

Currently we are looking for a Procurement Specialist for our Gdansk office to make the team even stronger.


  • Support the procurement section to ensure EPAM procurement and grant procedures are compliant and conducted according to procedures, rules of EPAM;
  • Plan and prepare procurement procedures: based on the requirements provided manage the appointment for opening and evaluation meetings draft the contract notice document;
  • Be responsible for tender, evaluation and ward phase: when relevant participating in opening and evaluation meetings, sending awards documents for signature, filling relevant documents, verifying the compliance of the financial proposals and administrative documents including the financial capacity;
  • Be responsible for notification and contract signature phase: notifying tenderers, preparing further information letters to contractions, scanning and archiving all relevant documents, filling procurement and grant files and contracts, and agreements;
  • Provide admin and clerical support;
  • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the Head of the Procurement team.


  • University (Bachelor’s) degree in Economics, Management, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent disciplines;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the field of project administration with emphasis on procurement and contracting management, understanding of Polish legislation;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to use information and communication technologies as a tool and resource;
  • Relevant work experience in other international development organizations is an advantage Good MS Office user.
