Currently we are looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum master who will be able to coordinate multiple streams as well as work in close partnership with Delivery Managers onshore.

Our client is a global leader in information services and solutions, serving customers in a wide range of industries. The client is located in the East Coast of the United States. As part of the 60+ team, you will be involved in developing a healthcare solution. This solution allows users to get immediate access through the relevant search to the most up-to-date diverse information available. Content is gathered from different sources, processed and is then available through user friendly UI. The program is divided into sub streams, all the streams are 100% Scrum-oriented. As a Scrum Master you will run the development (8 people) and QA (7 people) teams. Responsibilities

  • Run Scrum and Kanban processes between 2 engineering cross functional teams;
  • Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospective, sprint and release planning;
  • Run inside the team communication and customer communication;
  • Estimate requirements and breakdown into technical tasks;
  • Monitor technical excellence and enforce technical practices;
  • Hire people, apply rotations, if needed;
  • Conduct one-on-one conversations with the team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master in any software development environment;
  • Strong Scrum/Agile practical skills;
  • Jira/Confluence experience;
  • Ability to apply the principles, tools and techniques to develop/plan, manage or execute projects or work plans to ensure successful completion;
  • Understanding of the difference between management local and distributed teams (managing information flow, understanding of time zone differences, etc.);
  • Stakeholder management, negotiation & communication Skills;
  • Project management skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent English is a must (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
