Currently we are looking for a Software Engineering Team Leader/Manager for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.
We are looking for a strong Software Engineering Team Leader or Manager with resource management experience to drive and lead a team of 40+ software engineers. The role will combine Team Leader, Resource Manager and Delivery Manager roles with highly visibility at EPAM management level.

Create and optimize necessary working conditions for employees;
Provide effective project staffing upon requests of the project heads;

Gather, maintain and expand technological and managerial expertise within the resource group;
Identify and grow HiPo talents to create startup squads for new projects onboarding;
Track vacations approvals, communicate resources unavailability risks to project management.
8+ years of experience in software engineering (Java dev background is preferred);
4+ years of leading a medium size group of engineers (up to 20 ppl);
2+ years of experience as a Resource Manager for 20+ people;
Stress resistance, mental agility and “can-do” attitude;
Strong understanding of the project deliverables;
Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology and software release cycle;
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills;
Ability to work with tight deadlines;
Good spoken English and experience in working directly with the client.
