Currently we are looking for a Lead Oracle Software Engineer for our Kyiv office to make the team even stronger.
Our client is a US leading provider of business information and analytics. It is a global company with proven experts in the areas like risk assessment, underwriting support, investment and marketing decisions, preventing fraud, and business performance improvement in daily operations. The company is opening new projects to re-platform legacy applications on a Pivotal Cloud Foundry platform.
Our teams will work from Kyiv communicating with customers in Santa-Monica, CA and Austin, TX offices, in a highly agile environment, following XP practices, pair programming, TDD, 12-factors app guidelines, best CI/CD practices, etc.
Focus on the borrower canonical models and physical IDAP repository;
Get consensus to develop new models;
Contribute to IDAP standards/processes;
Write high-quality non-functional requirement specifications and audit documentation.
5+ years of experience with Oracle software engineering;
Strong experience with EDG, IDC, product team and potentially other business areas;
Significant background in data design;
Experience in warehousing;
Performance testing skills;
Experience creating ERDs, data dictionaries;
Significant experience with Postgres, ETL tools and processes;
Experience with MISMO data formats and mortgage terms;
Comfortable in reading tech docs, API docs and experience working with JSON and XML formats;
Familiarity with Hadoop, Spring Data and Lambda architecture concepts;
Expected to be self-managing, implement functionality without direct supervision;
Ability to follow, understand, and enhance a defined software development process;
Expected to participate in phone conferences, be involved in customer workshops and presentations.
