DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Senior Consultant (Payment Solutions) for our Munich office to make the team even stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Client Managers’ single point of contact for all payment solution requests from our client;
  • Be part of the team of high performing employees who delivers against goals;
  • Build strong internal and external relationship to facilitate delivery of shared goals;
  • Leverage payments expertise and insights to create client values;
  • Develop relationship in middle-level management with the clients to understand their business objectives, payment needs, current environment, and key pain points;
  • Take a consultative approach to evaluate merchant’s current payment processing environment to identify requirements, vulnerabilities and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Consultant for payment solutions;
  • Knowledge of CyberSource and Adyen, in context of the below setup (meaning experience in any of the below is an advantage);
  • Knowledge of Demandware (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) for payment authorization and payment capture for prepaid & card present orders;
  • Knowledge of OmniHub (IBM Sterling based custom solution) for payment capture for postpaid orders, refunds, fraud checks;
  • Experience in SAP Retail for settlement file processing;
  • Experience in TIBCO for messaging & settlement file delivery;
  • Being 4 days a week in Erlangen;
  • Fluent in English and German.
