Create customer-focused email solutions that exceed the needs of both the customer and the business;
Focus on coding, producing, proofing, testing, and troubleshooting global emails and push notifications;
Work closely with the partner’s customer marketing, product development, merchandising, retail, media solutions, brand marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
Strong understanding of HTML & CSS and responsive email design;
Experience with email coding (HTML) best practices;
Experience with an enterprise-level email delivery system;
Troubleshoot and solve cross-browser compatibility issues;
Experience with Litmus or other email testing software;
Experience with personalization and dynamic content coding for email;
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills;
Proficient in the use of Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experiences is an advantage.
