Currently we are looking for a MS Project/SharePoint Administrator for our Kyiv office to make the team even stronger.
Our customer is a shared supply chain collaboration platform of globally active companies. The solutions are provided as Software as a Service and are aligned with the process requirements of the manufacturing industry; they encompass cross-company processes in supply chain management, supplier risk and performance management, strategic and operational procurement and in quality and transport management.
You will be joining a DevOps-oriented team of highly motivated professionals utilizing innovative, cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to implement and support a platform for enterprise clients, most of them market leaders with a global presence in their respective industries.
Investigating and fixing issues related to MS Project server and its usage;
Troubleshooting issues and making modifications in MS Project reports;
Performing trainings and remediation plans for users, e.g. specific classes, webinars;
Tracking issues in Service Now via incident management process;
Updating knowledge base with root causes and workarounds;
Performing environment health checks daily and monthly;
Testing and applying Microsoft patches and service packs in MS Project environment;
Maintaining a Run Book for Disaster Recovery process, performing tests;
Responding to system generated Alerts and Warnings (Catchpoint & SCCM apps).
Experience with MS Project Server or strong MS SharePoint administration skills;
MS SQL Server, Windows skills is a plus;
Detail-oriented with good analytical skills;
Good English level;
ITIL theoretical and practical experience is nice to have;
Tickets tracking systems: ServiceNow.
