DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager for our Sofia office to make the team even stronger.

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and configuration of various systems and solutions. You will engage with the client in discussions of the business situation and strategy. You will also work with the business users to define the project scope and timelines. You will formulate and execute project plans, and manage cross-functional project teams across multiple geographies, solution practices and business domains.

We are seeking a self-motivated, pro-active individual, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to drive a project from concept to delivery.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with at least 2+ years in leading a cross functional team (usually consisting of Back-end, Frond-end and QA specialists);
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership;
  • Prior experience in leading a technical team to deliver quality software implementations;
  • Experience in designing and implementing large distributed, scalable, reliable and highly-available solutions; proven experience in architecture combined with strong OO design skills; understanding of enterprise software design patterns and data structures;
  • Solid knowledge of software development life cycle;
  • Project management experience: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Experience in planning project deliverables and roadmap in close collaboration with product owners;
  • Ability to coordinate across developers, vendors, and business users;
  • Experience in issue resolution across multiple locations and businesses;
  • Demonstrated skill in client relationship management and ability to manage, direct and command respect from technical and delivery team members;
  • Ability to engage with the client in technology discussions;
  • Experience in managing implementation challenges in the area of integration, design, configurability, and infrastructure;
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies in a short time;
  • Education BS ME/EE/CE degree or equivalent.
