DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Delivery Manager (Lead Project Manager) for our Warsaw office to make the team even stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Project level:
    • Own end-to-end solution delivery on the accounts (client);
    • Guard production delivery, project development;
    • Assure governance of processes in delivery management and production;
    • Be responsible for quality and quantity of the resources required to successful implementation of the assigned projects and for optimizing the utilization of those resources;
    • For the top management and client - act as a single point of responsibility over any delivery related matters, including escalations, upsells, ramp downs, etc;
    • Assure that processes are setup and resources are utilized in a way that ensures deliverables and the overall solution meets the required quality standards;
    • Be accountable for the technical leadership regarding the delivery.
  • Account wise:
    • Establish and manage long-term partnerships with the clients;
    • Manage customer expectations and relationship;
    • Address customer’s issues, identify and manage engagement risks;
    • Generate visible added value that company delivers to the client by suggestion of innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide marketing differentiation, efficiency improvements, and better user experiences;
    • Co-ordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work;
    • Build up delivery plan along with estimations on timeframes, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement projects;
    • Act as a substitute of AM in case of AM unavailability.

Requirements

  • Well-experienced in software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum methodologies;
  • Significant experience in DW/BI/SW development projects;
  • Proven experience in balancing multiple projects and collaborating closely with other teams;
  • Contract management (negotiations) skills/experience;
  • Experience with training teams;
  • Mentoring capabilities;
  • Individual leadership;
  • Ability to influence others;
  • Domain knowledge/experience (client domain like finance, retail, manufacturing depends on the client);
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal.
