Analyze the job and project descriptions to source and attract the right candidates for the opportunities;
Advertise active positions on job boards and social platforms to attract applicants;
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements;
Conduct interviews; give recommendations on selecting and hiring applicants;
Maintain all relative screening information (feedbacks, contact logs) in the database;
Act as a single point of contact for candidates through the Recruitment life cycle;
Develop and use the network of professional contacts.
1+ year of experience as an IT Recruiter;
Upper-Intermediate English is a must;
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Internet and computer skills;
Result-oriented, self-driven and proactive;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work under pressure.
