System Administrator

Currently we are looking for a System Administrator for our Guadalajara office to make the team even stronger.

  • Monitoring and Support for the final client digital brands/sites, environments and centralized services;
  • Event Management: monitor network, server and web applications to ensure high availability;
  • Incident Management, Problem Management: open, update and close trouble tickets with detailed information relating to trouble reported;
  • Knowledge Management: develop and maintain a working knowledge of a wide range of applications and systems;
  • Incident Management, Problem Management: own production operational issues for products by issuing initial response, data gathering/diagnosis, tracking, and resolution where possible;
  • Incident Management: perform the role of Incident Manager during Systems Events;
  • Open & monitor the status of cases with vendors & service providers;
  • Change Management: assist Development and Infrastructure Groups with scheduled and emergency change management tasks;
  • Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management: change requests and incident ticket handling for the remaining Infrastructure Teams;
  • Follow notification and escalation procedures;
  • Follow standards for communications with business involving operational issues.


  • 3+ years of experience working in a similar position;
  • Load balancing experience;
  • Web server and application servers;
  • Any version control (SVN preferred);
  • Any configuration management tool (Ansible preferred);
  • Scripting (Bash preferred);
  • APM Monitoring;
  • DB management.

  • AWS Private Cloud;
  • JBoss 4.x - 7.x;
  • Akamai (HTTP/Site Delivery products. Optional);
  • CentOS and SunOS;
  • Jenkins;
  • ServiceNow.
