Currently we are looking for an experienced Team Leader (Salesforce) for our Vitebsk office to make the team even stronger.
As a Team Leader, you will join a Salesforce-based project, which has lots of integrations with internal customer’s systems as well as external systems; it also employs almost every feature provided by the platform. Meanwhile, there is a scope for optimization improvements, which are very often not trivial, but quite complicated. Thus, a possibility to grow professionally and lots of challenging tasks are waiting for you!
Business trips to customer’s location are possible.

Our customer is one of the most popular American online resources for automotive information. The company is headquartered in Santa Monica, California and maintains an office outside of Detroit, Michigan. The customer’s web site includes prices for new and used vehicles, a database of national and regional incentives and rebates, dealer and inventory listings, vehicle test drive reviews, and tips and advice on all aspects of car purchases and ownership. In addition, the company circulates free e-mail newsletters to voluntary subscribers.
Communicate directly with the customer by email/Google Hangouts/WebEx;
Be responsible for teamwork planning (estimate JIRA stories, plan iterations, fill missing details);
Design, customize and integrate Salesforce services;
Advise reasonable implementation solutions based on business requirement;
Be responsible for code refactoring and performance issues resolving;
Ensure customer consultations regarding best Salesforce architecture solutions;
Create documentation (Word, Excel, Visio).
Experience in Apex programing (triggers, controllers and classes) and testing;
Salesforce coding limitations;
Experience using Salesforce data tools;
Ability to manage up to 7 developers;
Solid understanding of system architecture and system design (SFDC/CRM and Force.com);
Solid understanding of Apex Best Practices for Custom Development;
Experience integrating enterprise applications with other API;
Good understanding of SQL, SOQL & SOSL;
Experience with Salesforce.com security model and sharing rules;
