EPAM, an award winning technology and digital solutions company, is looking to add a Sales and Account Management Recruiter to our North American recruiting team. The ideal candidate for this position must have 3-5 years of recruitment experience specializing in sales or account management. This role will be working with a growing, passionate, highly motivated Talent Acquisition team that is responsible for all US from-market staffing for various business units that span all industries within EPAM including software engineering, design, healthcare, ecommerce, financial services, travel, etc.
Be responsible for hands on recruiting for a variety of positions within account management, sales and leadership;
Leverage your detailed ability within sourcing to create detailed searches, think outside the box, and manage multiple roles at once at a very effective pace to help meet staffing needs;
Find, review, assess, and give feedback on candidate resumes and portfolios;
Determine and compare qualifications of candidates based on knowledge of the position, stakeholder feedback, culture of the position and additional information;
Schedule interviews on a global scale with assistance from team members, administrative support and travel departments within EPAM as needed for each candidate;
Successfully juggle many details within a close including assisting in the approval process, negotiating and constantly being aware of the candidate’s status around compensation, relocation, immigration and HR information;
Manage candidate offer process, including reference checks, offer letter generation, and offer negotiations;
Be an appropriate candidate advocate and advisor to both your leader and the hiring manager throughout the full life cycle of position;
Keep data and records of candidate and process as required by company within Applicant Tracking system;
Be responsible for conducting business in a consultative manner through communicating persuasively, influencing others, and sharing a point of view by using a creative approach to drive results;
Team with our recruiting administrator in the appropriate phases of the recruiting process as needed;
At all times, act as a team member to those you are working with always striving towards a goal of growth and success.
3-5 years of hands on recruiting experience consisting mostly of sourcing candidates through proactive, creative online searches;
Experience recruiting for candidates within creative, technical, or client serves roles (all three preferred, but will consider just one);
Strong knowledge of how to Boolean search on LinkedIn, Google, and various other resume sources;
Experience managing a full life cycle recruiting process from candidate sourcing to closing;
Ability to think ‘outside the box’ as far as recruiting strategy – smarter not harder approach;
Ability to manage candidate relationship through an ever-changing professional landscape, setting expectations and triaging when needed;
Impeccable time management and communication skills;
Ability to work with very little oversight and management while staying focused and goal-oriented;
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-demand environment;
Ability to be agile in the process, to think on your feet, and get involved as a subject matter expert when needed.
