DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Safety Process Engineer for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

We are building a greenfield large-scale solution for the automotive industry, well-known for its strict quality standards, therefore we need an experienced and forward-minded person able to establish and ensure top-class quality of the processes.

As a Safety Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the Functional Safety processes rollout and ensuring the processes run according to the plan. Your main duties will also include clarification of requirements and preparation of necessary documentation on Functional Safety in collaboration with the project managers, development team and the customer.

ABOUT THE CUSTOMER


Our client is a leading industrial corporation providing top-notch solutions in the automotive, materials and capital goods domains. The company operates in more than 80 countries, and put emphasis on environment-friendly manufacturing and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Functional Safety Manager for the customer team in Minsk;
  • Prepare necessary documentation on Functional Safety in collaboration with the project managers, development team and the customer;
  • Be responsible for the Functional Safety processes rollout and ensuring the Functional Safety standards are being met throughout product development cycles;
  • Analyze ISO 26262 releases and create Functional Safety awareness across the team;
  • Be responsible for successful implementation of basic processes;
  • Perform safety management activities according to relevant standards during all project phases. Implement safety plans to ensure compliance with ISO 26262;
  • Communicate with the customer on a daily basis to clarify business requirements.

Requirements

  • Exposure to Functional Safety standards (Common Functional Safety + Automotive Functional Safety);
  • Experience implementing accounting and control processes in any development cycle;
  • Experience in safety management;
  • Good problem solving skills with a keen attention to detail;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of the team;
  • Intermediate (B1) and higher level of spoken and written English;
  • Possibility of long-term (up to several months) business trips to the customer's location is a must.
