We are looking for a mid-level, experienced team player who understands the complexities of recruitment today and willing to do whatever it takes to simply get the job done! The ideal candidate will have a strong agency recruiting background consisting of high volume, high quality recruiting within technology. We are a work hard, play hard team and are looking for like-minded individuals to help contribute to our success.
Leverage your creative recruitment skills to fill open requirements, improve our recruiting process and help grow the EPAM brand in the US;
Utilize recruitment tools like our ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and networking, along with alternative, creative and effective hiring sources to identify talent;
Review, assess, and provide feedback on candidate profiles based on technical knowledge and expectations of the role;
Conduct personalized interviews via phone, video, and/or in-person to qualify candidates for open positions;
Possess the ability to pick up flags on resumes, address them with candidates, and make an informed recommendation on each prospect's potential fit within the EPAM team;
Enthusiastically provide complete, accurate and motivating information to candidates about the company and position to build excitement about EPAM;
Use time management skills to source, interview, and submit candidates that are located in multiple geographic locations;
Manage the offer process, including salary discussions, negotiations, reference checks, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/rejection;
Act as the candidate advocate throughout the full life cycle of a position.
3-5 years of solid technical recruitment experience managing a full life cycle recruiting process from candidate sourcing to closing;
Successful track record in a high-volume agency recruiting environment;
Strong knowledge and utilization of sourcing techniques both traditional and non-traditional to build a solid pipeline of candidates;
Experience and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment;
Maintain a sense of urgency around hiring to drive success;
Versatile recruiting skills to account for varying types of roles, verticals, technologies, etc;
Self-motivated and self-directed problem solver;
Demonstrate persistence despite usual recruitment obstacles and setbacks;
Previous experience working in an ATS such as Taleo, JobVite, Smartsearch, etc;
Ability to be agile in process, to think on your feet, and provide valuable insight based on past experiences;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
