Currently we are looking for a Lead Experience Designer for our Stockholm office to make the team even stronger.

We are growing and seeking a Lead Experience Designer to our product and service design team. Join a successful global company on an exciting journey of growth in Sweden.You will be part of the team responsible for constantly evaluating, educating and evolving how we work to ensure we can articulate and create meaningful services for our clients.

With strong backing from senior stakeholders within the business and ambitious commercial goals, the product and service design team is creating value for our clients. By helping them to recognize market trends, evolutions in technology and shifts in consumer behavior we are enabling our clients to bridge the gap between the present and future.

Through innovation and robust research, we are driving changes in thinking and helping clients to deliver better products, through better experiences to build strong relationships with people. We are exploring how market trends will evolve the business landscape, and through collaborating with our clients, we will help them meet their customers’ demands of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • Pro-actively keep up with design trends and industry developments, especially in the focus areas for the company (which might change from time to time);
  • Support the development of the team and knowledge base;
  • Lead the creative direction for a prestigious client within our portfolio;
  • Partner with a third party design agency to create compelling customer experiences;
  • Conceptualize and innovate the key service points for customers;
  • Advocate a collaborate team based approach that is grounded in agile iterations;
  • Manage c-level stakeholders and influence changes in thinking;
  • Employ human-centered design thinking at the core of design thinking;
  • Coordinate teams across project management, design and UX to deliver on streams of work;
  • Proactively suggest new ways of thinking to drive impact;
  • Continue professional development in personal area of specialism forever cross-fertilizing acquired skills and experiences into Great Fridays (EPAM).

Requirements

  • Hands-on design skills with industry standard tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (and whatever to get the job done);
  • Experience in designing for a variety of mobile platforms, technologies, screen resolutions and operating systems;
  • Ability to manage and develop consistent design language to guide the look and feel for projects;
  • Good understanding of front-end web technologies with knowledge borne from experience would be an added bonus.
